Celebrate America with your family, friends and neighbors on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 from 4 - 8 p.m. at Brooksville’s iconic bandshell located at Hernando Park, 205 East Fort Dade Avenue.

The Hernando County Fine Arts Council will sponsor an afternoon of old fashioned fun and games complete with a musical petting zoo, storytelling, food and other vendors. Pre-concert entertainment by Live Oak Theatre Company will be at 4 p.m., Al Chance performs at 4:45 p.m., Vicki Roush at 5:15 p.m., Memories Quartet at 5:45 p.m. and after our Salute to Veterans, the Hernando County Symphony Orchestra will kick off at 6:30 p.m.

Smoking Good Barbeque will be there from 4 – 7 p.m. serving hamburgers and hot dogs and then BBQ later in the day. This is a FREE event, bring the entire family!

There will be a special acknowledgement of our veterans and a spectacular fireworks display to see after a day filled with fun and music.
