TRACK YOUR BUS  - TheBus Realtime Information 

TheBus is introducing Realtime Bus Information. No longer wonder where your bus is, know when the next bus is coming from a mobile device or your desktop!

You will be able to view arrival times, route, and bus stop information. The software allows TheBus to always pinpoint each vehicle's exact location. This means we can provide reliable, real-time departure/arrival information to passengers.

There are a couple of ways to access the TheBus Realtime Information:  

• Tracker by text - When will my bus arrive at this stop? In a couple of easy steps, you will receive a text with the estimated time of arrival!
  1. Find your bus stop ID (TBUSXYZ) (ID located at the bus stop sign)
  2. Text your bus stop number (Ex.TBUS200) to 25251
  3. You will receive a text with the estimated arrival time. *Standard data rates may apply. Please check with your carrier on text messaging details of your plan.

   

• Tracker by location - Download the RouteShout app on your mobile device. The app can be accessed using the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
• Find your bus on TheBus website by visiting the RouteShout portal

***It’s always a good idea to arrive at your bus stop 10 minutes prior to the time the bus is scheduled to depart.***
