Residents are invited to attend a Rain Barrel Workshop on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the East Hernando Library in Ridge Manor located at 6457 Windmere Road in Brooksville. This workshop will be presented by FFL Program Coordinator Lilly Browning. Rain barrels are $50 each. Attendance is mandatory to purchase a rain barrel; however, you may attend without purchasing one. Please make checks payable to HCUD and mail to Hernando County Utilities, 15365 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville, FL 34613. Write 'Rain Barrel Workshop 'January 11' on the envelope. Checks will be the only form of payment accepted and must be received by January 10, 2020. Hernando County Utilities customers who attend the workshop and install a rain barrel at their home will receive a one-time $25 credit on their water bill.
