The Hernando County Public Works Department is currently in the design and engineering phase for the Topaz Street Drainage Improvement Plan. An open house to review the conceptual plans developed to alleviate flooding along the south side of Topaz Street in Spring Hill will be held on March 9, 2020 from 4 – 6 p.m. at Providence Church located at 6000 Mariner Boulevard in Spring Hill. A formal presentation of the Plan will take place at 5 p.m. Construction for this Plan is anticipated to begin in 2021.
