NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
CITRUS COUNTY
TRANSPORTATION DISADVANTAGED LOCAL
COORDINATING BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Citrus County Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board (LCB) will hold a public meeting on Thursday, February 10, 2022, beginning at 10:30 a.m., at the Lecanto Government Building 3600 W. Sovereign Path, Room 166, Lecanto, FL.
Items scheduled on the agenda include, but are not limited to:
- Nomination and Election of the 2022 LCB Vice-Chairperson
- LCB Vacancies
- Voting Conflict
- Annual Bylaws Approval
- Citrus Transit Quarterly Report
- Key Training Center Update
- Nomination and election of Grievance Board
- Annual Approval of Grievance Procedures
All meetings are open to the public. If a person decides to appeal any quasi-judicial decision made by the Citrus County Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board with regard to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, said person will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, said person may need to ensure that a verbatim of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, 286.0105, F.S.
