Public Notice: Hernando County Housing and Supportive Services SHIP Annual Report

Hernando County's State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Annual Report for state fiscal years 2020 and 2021 is now available online for public viewing by visiting the Count's website at https://www.hernandocounty.us/departments/departments-f-m/housing-and-supportive-services/housing/ship or in person at the Hernando County Housing and Services Department at the address below. The report will remail available for public view and comment by email until September 20, 2024.

The SHIP Program provides funding to local governments as an incentive to create partnerships that produce and preserve affordable homeownership and multifamily housing. The program is designed for very low-, low-, and moderate-income families. The SHIP Annual Report identifies total funding allocated, project expenditures, demographics served for the state fiscal year 2020-2021 closeout period. The report is submitted to the Florida Legislature each year providing outcomes for the SHIP program.
