Permanent Alcoholic Beverage Licenses

These may include new applications, extension of premises, increase/decrease in series and other application forms from Department of Business and Professional Regulations.

If you need zoning approval, please bring the full, completed application from Department of Business and Professional Regulations, including the page requiring a drawing of the floor plan to the Hernando County Zoning Office.

The application will need to be left at our office and you will be notified when it is ready for pickup.

The time frame for processing could be longer if you do not have your Business Use Permit or do not meet other building/zoning requirements.

There is a $250 processing fee for most applications, due when you pick up the approved document from our office. We accept payment by cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
