How do I search for a lien or violation against a property or person?

Hernando County Code Enforcement has compiled a set of instructions to walk you through the process of researching Code Enforcement violations, public nuisance liens, and recorded Special Magistrate Orders on properties in the County. Code Enforcement will no longer be doing these in-house lien searches. For outstanding violations not handled by Code Enforcement, please check with individual County departments.
