Important Information About Online Payments

• Payments made before midnight will be posted to your account the following business day
• Payments made after midnight, weekend and/or holidays could take up to 72 hours to post to your account
• The on-line payment validation only confirms your transaction with the payment system

Payment and Disconnect Policy

• Charge Account bills become past due 30 days after the billing date
• Failure to receive a bill does not prevent being cut-off from charging to your account or additional service charges
• Charging for disposing at the Northwest Solid Waste Facility may be put on hold for failure to pay a past due balance in full and in a timely manner
• To restore charge account privileges, all current and past due charges and fees, must be paid in full
• An additional deposit may be required depending on the total tons being disposed of on a monthly basis
