The first and last three (3) business days of the month are our busiest. AND our Customer Service teams busiest time of the day is between 11:00am – 1:00pm and unfortunately, our customers can expect longer wait times.  

 Best times to contact us, with little to no wait time is between 8:30am – 10:00am & 2:30pm – 4:00pm.
