In partnership with the Florida Department of Health's Bureau of Vital Statistics, certified copies of Florida birth certificates can be obtained at the following location:

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Only simple applications can be processed. Applications are only accepted from either the child named on birth record (if 18 or older) or a parent named on the birth record. A valid Driver License/ID card, or U.S. or foreign passport must be presented at the time of application. 

The cost of the first copy is $18.25 cash, and $10.00 for each additional copy of the same birth certificate. Debit and credit cards are accepted for an additional fee. NO personal checks.
